Course/Instructor Evaluation (Optional, Anonymous)

The following is an optional, anonymous survey about the course.

Please tell me your thoughts.  Feel free to write whatever you would like.   What is helpful and what is not helpful about the course?  Is there something I can be doing better?   Is there something you need that you are not getting?

(If you are taking more than one course with me, and wish to copy-and-paste the same feedback into two different surveys, that is fine.  If you can provide feedback specific to each course, however, that is even better.)

As I said, the assignment is optional.  You won't be penalized for not completing it.  But your feedback is important.  It is among the most valuable feedback a teacher can receive.  I want to be the best possible teacher to you and future students that I can be.
